Joen and I joined heads on deciding what things our first house should have:

3 bedrooms
2 or more full bathrooms
2-car garage
At least 1,500 square footage
Huge closet space
Spacious kitchen
Basement big enough for gym equipment
Ample yard space
Finished deck an option
Nice curb appeal
