Week 4 - We came, we called, we scored!

Joen and I have held up our home viewing activities until we get pre-approved. After all, although we have a rough idea of how much we can afford, knowing just how much our ceiling price is helps a lot. So the plan is to talk to 3-4 lenders, see who gives the best offer (best doesn't necessarily translate to highest) and determine who best to work with. Joen called this guy Randy who has worked with Nancy for the longest time. He pulled up our credit score and it was.... drum roll please... 741!!! YEY!!!! 740 is an excellent EXCELLENT number here in the US and we are so happy! All that discipline really paid off! Rah-rah-sis-boom-bah! We are calling Tahnee of First National Bank next.

Oh, by the way, we have decided to go with Nancy Boe as our agent. We feel confident she's going to work with us really well to help us buy the house that we want. =))))
